What is the Designer Club Customer Rewards program?
The Designer Club is our way of rewarding loyal customers for every purchase they make and every new customer they refer.
As a Designer Club member, you will earn reward points on every dollar you spend at Designer Furniture Gallery.  Earned points can be redeemed for Designer Dollars that can be used as discounts off future purchases.  There is no limit—you can earn as many points as you want!

How do I earn points?
Earn 1 point for every dollar you spend at Designer Furniture Gallery.  For example, spend $300 dollars on furniture, accessories or mattresses, and you’ll earn 300 reward points.
Earn 2,000 reward points for every person you refer who makes a qualifying purchase at Designer Furniture Gallery.  You can refer as many people as you want and earn as many points as you want.  The more people you refer…the more Designer Dollars you receive.  Points are not rewarded for prior purchases, gift cards/certificates, sales tax, state fees, delivery charges and restocking fees.

When can I begin to accumulate points?
You can begin earning points immediately after enrolling in the program.  Show your membership card at the cash register at Designer Furniture Gallery to begin accumulating your points right away.

How can I become a Designer Club Member?
Join by submitting your application along with the $39 dollar annual fee.  You must be a U.S. resident 18 years of age or older to participate.  Offer is void where prohibited by law.

How do I redeem my points?
Once you accumulate enough reward points, your points will be automatically redeemed and your reward will be issued to your membership card.  Reward points are redeemed for Designer Dollars.  Points can be redeemed at any time and can be held and accumulated until you are ready to take full advantage of your reward.  1,000 reward points are redeemable for $10.00 Designer Dollars and you can earn and redeem as many points as you want!  Points and redeemed rewards are issued to active Designer Club members and are non-transferable.  Designer Dollars and reward points have no cash value and are not refundable.

How do I earn referral points?
Once you enroll in the program, you will receive referral certificates.  Simply give a card to someone you know (a non-Designer Club member).  When they make their purchase at Designer Furniture Gallery, they MUST present the referral card at the cash register and your reward will be credited to your membership account.  An email will follow advising you that you have earned and have been credited your referral reward.  Designer Club members cannot refer nor be referred by another existing Designer Club member.  Valid for new purchases only.
