The Albatross JMI Constructors Parade Of Home 2025
Located in The Fairways community on the 6th hole of the beautiful Ledges Golf Course, this custom home features a large primary suite, two bedrooms and a casita. The adjoining kitchen and dining areas boast a spacious and visually appealing interior, with expansive windows and a multi-slide patio door providing breathtaking backyard views of the fairway. Beyond that, the inviting outdoor living space provides the viewer with stunning views of Snow Canyon's natural red cliffs to the west. This modern and luxurious residence was designed using only the most elegant and high-end craftsmanship, fixtures, and finishes. It is nightly-rental approved and located near The Fairways Clubhouse, which includes amenities such as a large pool, hot tub, pickle ball courts, a fitness center, a fully equipped kitchen, fire pit and an outdoor barbeque area.
