We understand that returns just happen sometimes and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your new furniture or mattress.

For furniture items, we offer 1-7 days to return your latest purchase for a full refund less restocking fee. If it takes a little bit longer than a week, we do offer in-store credit for the return. Dropship Items:

If you wish to return an item that was shipped, you must notify us upon receipt and ensure the item is returned to us in like-new condition within 30 days of delivery. Please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for all return logistics, including professional packaging, shipping costs, and insurance. Regarding shipping, while we package all items with care and full insurance, any freight damage must be reported directly to Designer Furniture Gallery immediately to file a claim; failure to do so may result in the item not being covered.

If you want to avoid returns all together, work with a Design Specialist to avoid any mix-ups or mistakes. In the end, we want your home to look just the way you want it!
