Modern Mood Oval Nightstand

Architectural and timeless with a luxe mixture of materials, the Modern Mood Oval Nightstand is a statement piece. The shaped metal base gives the nightstand a floating appearance. Crafted with Quartered Oak Veneers, the piece is finished in a serene dark Mink color. The two doors have soft-close hinges and magnetic door catches, and there’s one adjustable shelf behind. Finished on all sides and features wire management on the back.

Mink finish: flat cut quartered oak veneers with wire-brush detailing in a dark, earthy brown with notes of black delivering a timeless aesthetic. Warm pewter metal base and leather wrapped knobs.

Hooker Furniture uses carefully chosen solid wood and select wood veneers over durable wood products in our furniture construction. Use of veneers enables more decorative looks unattainable with solid wood. Veneers are used over durable wood products such as medium density fiberboard (MDF) and particle board, made of renewable resources. MDF and particle board are used in quality furniture for areas that need to be stable, such as large surfaces. These durable wood products do not expand and contract with heat and cold and do not absorb moisture as much as solid wood, which results in stronger and longer-lasting furniture.
